Mike Dowling: Managing Director

Mike was educated and trained in Information Technology; his career has progressed into Project and Facilities Management both in the UK and overseas. Mike has broad experience of Facilities and Project Management, as a Help Desk and Support Services Manager, Country Manager of an FM/Service Help Desk Provider, IT Management Consultant and most recently as Director of FMDirect Limited.

For more than twenty years Mike has specialised in all aspects of Information Technology, Software Design and Systems Integration. Outstanding successes have included the design and installation of an integrated Nationwide Management Information System for the Malaysian Health Service privatisation, for which he reported to Government at Ministerial level. Mike has pioneered the use of technology in service delivery, particularly in the use of Help Desk systems, including the installation of a combined Help Desk and Management Information System for Mapeley Limited, custodian of the STEPS PFI contract managing in excess of 700 buildings covering the UK and Ireland. Mike leads FMDirect Limited providing high quality support service solutions to clients.

Phillip is a proven and entrepreneurial Executive with International Leadership experience, notable contributions and accomplishments gained from working within complex operating environments: Construction, Facilities Management, Support Services, Maintenance and Operations & over 30 PFI’s.  With multicultural operating experience Phillip is noted for starting several successful & listed businesses: defining, designing & deploying high-performance operational teams.  A BSc (Hons) Quantity Surveying & Construction Economics Degree heads a solid education, with wider experience extending to M&A, Construction Consulting, New Market & Funding Development.
