FMHelpdesk with Mobiess: Mobile Helpdesk Software

FMS mobile is our latest application, designed to link up your mobile engineers to the central FM Application through their Windows mobile or Tablet.

 Designed by our partner Mobiess, this advanced mobile solution is cloud based and delivered through an “App” via the Microsoft Application Marketplace. The application is easy to navigate and brings with it an extensive selection of features including the capture of expenses, waiting/travelling time, work instructions, photographs, customer signatures, hazards, stock control and the ability to carry out audits and surveys.

Engineers can now accept jobs, update jobs currently in progress and even raise jobs from the application remotely. All jobs, updates and data are synchronised back to the central helpdesk providing real-time information for helpdesk operators in order to better inform your clients on job status and issues.
