web-based software which can be used as a stand alone solution, or in conjunction with
Help Desk & More.
The Help Desk & More
and Facilities Net solutions provide an environment in which to
process call logging, call update, call routing, etc. in seconds.
Calls can be logged, confirmed and routed via email to the relevant
contractor in around 15 seconds. All operations can be
measured against Service Level Agreement’s, with Escalation &
Jeopardy also being incorporated. Highly detailed resource tracking for work
management includes detail and summary analysis of labour, parts, tools and
materials.
