Help Desk & More is our flagship Windows system for monitoring call logging and work management. Facilities Net is our web-based software which can be used as a stand alone solution, or in conjunction with Help Desk & More.

The Help Desk & More and Facilities Net solutions provide an environment in which to process call logging, call update, call routing, etc. in seconds. Calls can be logged, confirmed and routed via email to the relevant contractor  in around 15 seconds. All operations can be measured against Service Level Agreement’s, with Escalation & Jeopardy also being incorporated. Highly detailed resource tracking for work management includes detail and summary analysis of labour, parts, tools and materials.

Service Providers can record their responses and update the activity details via the web in real time, and several different multi-tier contractor responsibility models are available. An integral Report Generator and interrogation tool is provided. Email communication is fully automatic, leading to immediate routing of work to the relevant service providers and confirmation to callers. This leads to a greater appreciation of the level of service received.
