Arrival by road: Leave the M25/M23 at junction 7, towards Coulsdon/Croydon (A23/Brighton Road). Drive for approx. 3 km and at the roundabout directly after Coulsdon South train station take the right hand exit into Marlpit Lane. Then take the first left into Ullswater Business Park, straight over the next roundabout, follow the road around past TNT; take the next right into Breakfield and follow the road for 300m, 27 is the grey building on the left just before the Renault office (signpost outside is Gatwick Refrigeration). Parking is restricted before 08:30am only. 

Arrival by train: Leave Coulsdon South station at the main ticket office exit (trains run every 30min). Turn right and walk straight on using the walkway/lane after the cab office to reach Marlpit lane (approx 50 steps down). Cross the road to Ullswater Business Park entrance (signposted), walk straight on and over the roundabout. Just after the roundabout on the right hand side of the road there are steps leading to Breakfield (approx 50 steps up). At the top of the steps on the opposite side of the road is number 27 (signpost outside is Gatwick Refrigeration).

Come straight into reception, FMDirect’s office is Units 1 and 5, up the stairs and on the left.
